Jobomschrijving

  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via e-mail, telefoon en chat
  • Analyseren en oplossen van technische en functionele issues
  • Proactief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en klantbeleving
  • Opvolgen en correct afhandelen van klantendossiers
  • Samenwerken met interne teams (IT, product en sales)
  • Ondersteunen bij onboarding en het geven van korte demo's
  • Documenteren van terugkerende problemen en uitbreiden van de knowledge base
  • Signaleren van opportuniteiten voor optimalisaties en extra dienstverlening
  • Eerste ervaring binnen customer support of helpdesk
  • Sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden
  • Interesse in software, digitalisering of administratieve tools
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Proactief en comfortabel met verantwoordelijkheid
  • Flexibel en sterk in een dynamische omgeving
  • Vlot Nederlands en goede kennis van Frans
