Je biedt telefonisch en per e-mail deskundige ondersteuning en zorgt voor een snelle, correcte en klantgerichte afhandeling van iedere melding. Je onderhoudt professionele relaties met B2B-klanten en behandelt vraagstukken rondom e-billing, facturatie, btw, douane, collections en betalingsprocessen. Daarnaast registreer, volg en bewaak je klantmeldingen zorgvuldig. Je signaleert structurele knelpunten, systeemfouten en procesverbeteringen en werkt intensief samen met interne afdelingen zoals Customer Service, Collections, Sales en het Query Investigation Team. Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en coacht minder ervaren collega's en draagt actief bij aan kennisontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie binnen het team. Je werkt in een dynamische inbound callcenteromgeving, waarbij klanttevredenheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan, en schakelt tussen verschillende landen, entiteiten, systemen en uiteenlopende klantvraagstukken.
