Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de IT-sector zoeken we een Customer Support Officer ter versterking van het supportteam in Ieper.

Binnen het supportteam word je de 5de collega en krijg je een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse opvolging van klanten en supportvragen. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die graag met klanten werkt, technisch sterk is aangelegd en energie haalt uit het oplossen van problemen.

Als eerste aanspreekpunt behandel je inkomende supporttickets en telefoons van klanten die werken met het platform. Je luistert naar het verhaal van de klant, analyseert het probleem en probeert dit zo efficiënt mogelijk op te lossen. Wanneer nodig escaleer je complexe issues naar de second line support.

  • Behandelen van inkomende supporttickets
  • Telefonische ondersteuning van klanten
  • Problemen analyseren en oplossen
  • Tickets correct registreren en opvolgen
  • Complexere issues doorschakelen naar second line support
  • Overleggen met collega’s en technische teams in Ieper en Nederland
  • Stap voor stap meer technische tickets opnemen naarmate je opleiding groeit
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Frans moet op professioneel niveau zijn zodat je klanten zelfstandig kan verderhelpen
  • Engels is vaak interne taal
  • Kennis van Duits is een grote plus
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in IT en technische ondersteuning
  • Je werkt vlot met Windows en algemene IT-tools
  • Basiskennis van SQL of databases is mooi meegenomen, maar diepgaande kennis is niet nodig
