Je werkt hierbij samen met collega's uit verschillende teams en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het customs team. Je bewaakt samen met het team de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en douanevergunningen zoals AEO, entrepot en AGP/IVV, en denkt actief mee over hoe processen slimmer en beter kunnen worden ingericht. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Bewaken en onderhouden van douanevergunningen en compliance processen - Adviseren van interne afdelingen over douane-, handels- en NVWA-gerelateerde vraagstukken - Beheren en controleren van douanedocumentatie, oorsprongscertificaten, importvergunningen en aangiften - Signaleren van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar de organisatie - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor douaneautoriteiten en logistieke partners - Meewerken aan het verbeteren van customs- en trade compliance richtlijnen en processen - Ondersteunen bij audits, self-assessments en verbetertrajecten - Monitoren van KPI's en bijdragen aan rapportages en procesoptimalisatie - Delen van kennis en ondersteunen van collega's binnen de organisatie Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde HBO opleiding richting International Business, Fiscale Economie, Fiscaal Recht of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen douane, internationale handel of trade compliance - Grondige kennis van douanewetgeving en internationale handelsregelgeving, zoals UCC/EU Customs Code en WTO-richtlijnen - Ervaring met AEO, entrepotregelingen en compliance vraagstukken - Kennis van EUDR, Certex, Traces en regelgeving binnen de foodsector is een sterke pré - Ervaring m...
