The posting

  • Ondersteun de IT-infrastructuurverantwoordelijke bij het bepalen en uitvoeren van de cybersecuritystrategie.
  • Fungeren als belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de externe SOC en volg geëscaleerde meldingen en incidenten op.
  • Analyseer, valideer en coördineer security-incidenten samen met interne IT-teams.
  • Verbeter continu de kwaliteit van detecties en beperk foutieve meldingen door securityregels gericht te optimaliseren.
  • Beheer en optimaliseer beveiligingstools voor monitoring, endpointbescherming en kwetsbaarheidsbeheer.
  • Trek initiatieven rond vulnerability management en cybersecurity binnen OT-omgevingen.
  • Automatiseer en stroomlijn workflows en rapportering binnen de security operations.
  • Ontwikkel dashboards en rapporteer over SLA's en KPI's om de beveiligingsstatus inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Ondersteun risicoanalyses, audits en de verdere voorbereiding op ISO 27001-certificering.
  • Documenteer beveiligingsbeleid, procedures en analyses na incidenten.
  • Organiseer en begeleid oefeningen rond incidentrespons en crisisvoorbereiding.
  • Volg nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen cybersecurity op en vertaal relevante evoluties naar concrete verbeteringen.
  • Werk samen met technische en niet-technische stakeholders binnen verschillende afdelingen en locaties.
  • Beschik over 4 tot 7 jaar ervaring binnen cybersecurity of IT-security.
  • Heb praktische ervaring binnen een operationele IT-omgeving.
  • Beschik over een sterke kennis van IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers, virtualisatie en cloudomgevingen.
  • Heb ervaring met SIEM- en EDR/XDR-oplossingen.
  • Beschik over een goede kennis van incidentrespons, detectie en securitymonitoring.
  • Combineer sterke analytische vaardigheden met een pragmatische en bedrijfsgerichte aanpak.
  • Communiceer vlot met zowel technische als niet-technische gesprekspartners.
  • Neem eigenaarschap over je verantwoordelijkheden en toon initiatief.
  • Werk graag samen binnen een informele en directe werkomgeving.
  • Heb kennis van ITIL.
  • Beheers het Nederlands en Engels vloeiend.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Ben bereid om occasioneel naar verschillende locaties te reizen.
  • Beschik over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige relevante expertise.
