Vacature: Cycling Lesgever (freelance) bij Respiro

Bij sport- en gezondheidscentrum Respiro geloven we in een holistische benadering van bewegen, gezondheid en welzijn. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Cycling lesgever die onze klanten met passie, energie en professionaliteit begeleidt tijdens hun trainingen.

Als Cycling instructeur is het jouw taak om onze leden op een veilige en motiverende manier te begeleiden tijdens uitdagende en inspirerende indoor cycling lessen. Je weet deelnemers te enthousiasmeren en te stimuleren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen, ongeacht hun niveau of ervaring. Met jouw energie creëer je een positieve groepsdynamiek waarin plezier, inspanning en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Je geeft indoor cycling lessen aan groepen, afgestemd op het niveau en de doelstellingen van de deelnemers.
  • Je zorgt voor een energieke en professionele lesomgeving waarin veiligheid, techniek, motivatie en beleving centraal staan.
  • Je begeleidt deelnemers bij een correcte fietsafstelling en een veilige uitvoering van de oefeningen.
  • Je motiveert en inspireert deelnemers door middel van gevarieerde trainingen en een sterke coachingstijl.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met ons team van coaches, sportadviseurs en medische professionals om klanten op een geïntegreerde manier te begeleiden.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen binnen cycling, groepsfitness en trainingsmethodieken.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Cycling lesgever of groepsfitnessinstructeur.
  • Je beschikt over een relevante opleiding of certificering binnen indoor cycling of groepsfitness.
  • Je bent enthousiast, energiek en weet deelnemers op een positieve manier te motiveren.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid en techniek.
  • Je bent zelfstandig en werkt op freelancebasis.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en draagt bij aan de positieve sfeer binnen Respiro.
  • Je bent beschikbaar op dinsdagavond van 20u tot 21u
