Onze klant is sinds de jaren 80 actief in totaalrenovaties, veranda’s, dakwerken en gevelbekleding. Met een team van ongeveer 28 medewerkers werkt het bedrijf voornamelijk op werven in de regio Leuven, Aarschot en Diest.

Samenwerking, orde en netheid en kwalitatief werk staan centraal binnen de onderneming. Er is veel aandacht voor detail en duurzaamheid. Medewerkers kunnen rekenen op de nodige ondersteuning, opleidingen en moderne materialen en machines om hun job goed uit te voeren.

Zo ziet je job er uit

Als dakdekker in Aarschot werk je dagelijks mee aan uiteenlopende dak- en gevelprojecten op verschillende werven. Je zorgt voor een kwalitatieve uitvoering en een nette afwerking, zowel bij hellende als platte daken.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Plaatsen en afwerken van hellende en platte daken
  • Werken met materialen zoals EPDM, zink, dakpannen en leien
  • Plaatsen van gevelbekleding, onder andere met Rockpanel en Trespa
  • Verwijderen en plaatsen van isolatiematerialen, zoals glaswol, rotswol, afdichtingslagen en contralatten
  • Vervaardigen en monteren van onderdelen in hout en houtderivaten, zoals profielen en geraamten
  • Afstemmen met klanten op de werf wanneer nodig en rekening houden met hun vragen en afspraken
  • Bewaken van orde en netheid op de werf
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving
  • Correct gebruiken van alle aanwezige persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen

  • Zelfstandig verschillende dakwerken kan uitvoeren
  • Nauwkeurig werkt volgens bouwplannen en technische specificaties
  • Oog heeft voor kwaliteit, afwerking, orde en netheid
  • Bereid is om buiten te werken in verschillende weersomstandigheden
  • Zich ’s ochtends vlot kan verplaatsen naar de hoofdzetel in Aarschot
  • Nederlands spreekt en vlot communiceert met collega’s en klanten
  • Graag in team werkt, maar ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt
