Met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring op de teller is deze zaakvoerder een krak in het maken van tevreden projecten en klanten. Als meewerkend zaakvoerder zal je hem naast jou zien staan, werken en begeleiden.

Om zijn service hoog te houden zoeken wij versterking in het team van dakwerkers:

Als dakwerker zal je:

  • Het verwijderen van oude dakbedekking en dakmaterialen.
  • Het inspecteren van dakstructuren en uitvoeren van eventuele reparaties.
  • Opmeten en opstellen van het benodigde materiaal.
  • Aanbrengen van dakisolatie en onderdakfolie.
  • Plaatsen van dakbedekking op hellende daken (zoals dakpannen, leien, of metalen platen).
  • Aanleggen van dakbedekking op platte daken (zoals EPDM, bitumen, of PVC).
  • Installeren van dakgoten, afvoeren en andere dakaccessoires
  • Uitvoeren van preventieve controles en onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
  • Herstellen van beschadigde dakbedekking of lekkages.
  • Reinigen van daken en dakgoten.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige werkplek volgens VCA-normen.
  • Correct gebruiken van veiligheidsuitrusting en hulpmiddelen.
  • Signaleren en rapporteren van potentiële gevaren of problemen op het dak.
  • Werken in teamverband en begeleiden van collega's waar nodig.
  • Communiceren met klanten over voortgang en specifieke wensen.
  • Zorgvuldig naleven van instructies en bouwplannen.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA attest en rijbewijs B
  • Je hebt geen hoogtevrees
