Jouw passie

Als Product Data Management Officer zorg jij ervoor dat duizenden productgegevens correct, volledig en up-to-date beschikbaar zijn in ons ERP-systeem en in de databestanden die we met klanten delen.

Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in complexe informatie en voelt je thuis in productdata, artikelstructuren en masterdata. Je verzamelt en controleert gegevens voordat artikelen in het ERP-systeem worden aangemaakt. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de informatie van bij de start volledig, logisch en correct is.

Nieuwe artikelen voorbereiden en aanmaken in de database, wijzigingen en versie-upgrades verwerken, spare parts en specials beheren of productstatussen updaten? Dat behoort tot jouw dagelijkse werk. Jij controleert de aangeleverde data, signaleert ontbrekende of foutieve informatie en bewaakt de kwaliteit en consistentie in het ERP-systeem.

Ook prijsgerelateerde productdata ondersteun je volgens de geldende richtlijnen. Daarnaast maak, controleer en onderhoud je databestanden voor klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat productinformatie in het juiste formaat, correct en tijdig beschikbaar is. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid blijven commerciële en operationele processen vlot draaien.

Naast het dagelijkse beheer denk je actief mee over hoe we datacontroles, bestanden en dataprocessen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren. Heb je ervaring met AI, Power Apps, automatisering of vergelijkbare digitale tools? Dan krijg je ruimte om die kennis in te zetten en mee verbeteringen te realiseren.

Jouw troeven

· Je houdt van structuur en krijgt energie van correcte en goed georganiseerde data. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. Foutloze data zijn jouw trots.

· Je bent analytisch ingesteld en onderzoekt graag de oorzaak van inconsistenties.

· Ervaring met productdata, masterdata, ERP-systemen of het opmaken en controleren van databestanden voor klanten is een belangrijke troef.

· Je leert snel nieuwe systemen en processen aan en blijft flexibel wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.

· Ervaring met AI, Power Apps, automatisering of andere digitale tools is een extra troef. Vooral jouw zin om processen slimmer te maken telt.

· Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en werkt graag samen met verschillende internationale afdelingen.

· Kennis van technische producten is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Interesse om onze producten snel te leren kennen wel.
