Een vooraanstaand en sterk groeiend expertisecentrum op het gebied van data en AI bouwt dagelijks aan innovatieve, waardegedreven oplossingen voor vooraanstaande organisaties in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Met een hecht team van meer dan 60 gedreven professionals ondersteunen ze in verschillende sectoren zoals healthcare, de publieke sector, duurzaamheid en het bankwezen.

In de rol van Data & AI Governance Manager neemt men een trekkersrol op zich binnen het team om data- en AI-governance bij klanten op een strategisch en operationeel niveau in te richten. Er wordt gewerkt aan het ontwerpen van doordachte operating models, het leiden van complexe verandertrajecten en het inhoudelijk coachen van jongere consultants.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je treedt op als strategisch aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij het inrichten en optimaliseren van hun data- en AI-governance.
  • Je ontwerpt organisatorische operating models en stuurt de bijbehorende verandermanagementprocessen aan.
  • Je begeleidt, coacht en ondersteunt jongere consultants in het team met jouw praktische kennis en ruime ervaring.
  • Je vertaalt complexe businessbehoeften naar concrete datagovernance-structuren en bewaakt de kwalitatieve uitvoering op projecten.
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan de verdere uitbreiding van de data & AI governance-praktijk en versterkt de hechte teamdynamiek.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over minstens 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen data & AI governance, operating model design en verandermanagement.
  • Je heeft de nodige maturiteit en praktijkervaring opgebouwd om junior en medior teamleden inhoudelijk te begeleiden.
  • Je combineert een duidelijke consultancy mindset met een proactieve, flexibele en mensgerichte houding.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met cloud- en dataplatformen zoals Microsoft Azure, Snowflake en Databricks, evenals governance-tools zoals Collibra, Microsoft Purview of Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om op verschillende niveaus binnen klantorganisaties impact te maken.
