Als Data Analist ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het optimaliseren van onze datastromen en de structurele verbetering van de datakwaliteit. Je neemt de regie in handen: van het analyseren van de huidige status tot het coördineren en uitrollen van verbeterinitiatieven. Je communiceert vlot met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus, rapporteert over de voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig om onze ambities waar te maken. Binnen het projectteam ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor jouw doelstellingen, ondersteund door een dynamische en collegiale omgeving.

Jouw bijdrage

Wij zoeken iemand die een proactieve en coördinerende rol wil spelen:

  • Uitwerken van een structureel plan om de datakwaliteit te verhogen, de uitvoering hiervan te coördineren en de voortgang te rapporteren.
  • Identificeren, documenteren en analyseren van data-opportuniteiten en het initiëren van inhoudelijke data cleaning en captatie op het terrein.
  • Bouwen van bruggen en het aligneren van stakeholders (betrokken diensten en leidinggevenden) om een gemeenschappelijk begrip en engagement te garanderen.
  • Definiëren van verantwoordelijkheden en taken, deze bespreken met de juiste partijen, afstemmen en nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Proactief bijsturen bij problemen of escaleren naar de projectleider om de kwaliteitsdoelen te bewaken.
  • Actief kennis delen tijdens lunch & learns en collegiale feedback geven via peer reviews of document reviews.
  • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van de data-analyse methodologieën en -tools binnen Lemon.

  • Sterke coördinatie & Netwerken: Moeiteloos een intern netwerk opbouwen, afspraken onderhandelen, doelen definiëren en zorgen dat iedereen zich eraan verbindt.
  • Change Management & Soft Skills: De nodige soft skills bezitten om draagvlak te creëren, mensen te motiveren, verandering te realiseren en weerstand om te buigen naar samenwerking.
  • Uitmuntende communicatie: Je communiceert helder, overtuigend en weet vertrouwen op te bouwen in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Gedrevenheid: De intrinsieke motivatie om voortdurend te leren en je professionele en analytische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Aanbevolen opleiding & ervaring

  • Een academische achtergrond (Bachelor/Master) in Bedrijfskunde, Informatica, Economie, of een gerelateerd studiegebied.
  • Doorgaans minstens 4 jaar ervaring als data analist in een gelijkaardige omgeving (grote ondernemingen), bij voorkeur op Medior/Senior niveau.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als planner en organisator van projecten.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met change management (o.a. stakeholdermanagement) en data-migratieprojecten (eerdere ervaring hiermee is een absolute plus).
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met data cleaning en het structureel verhogen van datakwaliteit.
  • Praktische ervaring met data visualisatie/reporting tools zoals Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
