Wil jij met betrouwbare data rechtstreeks impact hebben op productie, logistiek én commerciële beslissingen?

Voor een productiebedrijf in regio Kortrijk zoeken we een Data Analyst die graag verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen. Productdata vormt hier de basis voor een groot deel van de dagelijkse werking: van productieplanning en voorraadbeheer tot inkoop, verkoop, logistiek en marketing.

Als Data Analyst krijg je daardoor een centrale positie binnen de organisatie. Enerzijds zorg je dat productinformatie in het ERP-systeem volledig en correct staat. Anderzijds analyseer je bedrijfsdata en vertaal je deze naar heldere dashboards, rapportages en concrete inzichten.

Je staat bovendien dicht bij de business. R&D, productie, inkoop en marketing rekenen op jouw analyses en datakwaliteit om hun processen correct te laten verlopen. Een interessante uitdaging voor iemand die ERP, data-analyse en bedrijfsprocessen graag combineert.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Correcte en volledige productdata in het ERP-systeem vormt jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij je onder meer artikelcodes, productnamen, varianten, classificaties en zoeknamen beheert
  • Vanuit ERP- en productiesystemen verzamel, structureer en analyseer je gegevens en bewaak je de kwaliteit door inconsistenties, duplicaten en fouten tijdig te detecteren
  • Operationele en strategische data vertaal je naar duidelijke dashboards en KPI-rapportages in Power BI en Excel, terwijl je kansen zoekt om rapportages en datastromen verder te automatiseren
  • Voor stuklijsten (BOM), bewerkingsplannen (ROUTING), technische special requests en datamigraties verzamel en valideer je de nodige informatie in overleg met R&D, productie, inkoop en marketing
  • Naast het dagelijkse databeheer draagt de Data Analyst bij aan ERP-optimalisatie, digitalisering, catalogus- en websiteprocessen en de opmaak van duidelijke instructies
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen administratie, logistiek, IT, supply chain, productbeheer of een relevante richting vormt de gewenste opleidingsbasis
  • Ervaring met datavisualisatie, KPI-rapportage en ERP-systemen geeft je de nodige achtergrond om snel inzicht te krijgen in de verschillende datastromen en bedrijfsprocessen
  • Een gevorderde kennis van Power BI en Excel is noodzakelijk, waarbij ervaring met Microsoft Business Central en inzicht in ERP-structuren een duidelijke plus vormen
  • Nauwkeurigheid en analytisch denkvermogen combineer je met een zelfstandige aanpak, procesmatig inzicht en heldere communicatie met zowel technische als niet-technische collega's
