In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het transformeren van ruwe gegevens naar waardevolle stuurinformatie. Als Data & Analytics Specialist sla je de brug tussen business, IT-systemen en strategie.

  • Analyseren van bedrijfsoverschrijdende bedrijfsprocessen van Sales tot Quality en deze vertalen naar krachtige, pragmatische configuraties in de software.
  • Ontwerpen en beheren van overzichtelijke Power BI-dashboards die stakeholders voorzien van accurate inzichten voor snelle besluitvorming.
  • Detecteren en uitwerken van concrete AI-opportuniteiten om de efficiëntie, rapportering en workflows van de hele organisatie te versterken.
  • Borgen van de datakwaliteit en het opzetten van gestructureerde opvolgingssystemen die het fundament leggen voor toekomstige schaalbaarheid.
  • Begeleiden van afdelingshoofden en eindgebruikers bij de introductie van nieuwe digitale tools, waarbij je vol inzet op maximale adoptie.

Profiel

Als Data & Analytics Specialist combineer je een scherp analytisch inzicht met de drive om complexe verhalen helder uit te leggen aan collega's.

  • Ervaring van minstens 10 jaar met ERP-systemen en businessanalyse binnen een productie- of technische werkomgeving.
  • Grondige technische expertise op het vlak van SQL en datamodellering (BPMN/UML), aangevuld met een grondige kennis van ETL en DAX.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een pragmatische verbinder met een 'can-do' mentaliteit die moeiteloos praat met zowel IT-ontwikkelaars als afdelingsmanagers.
  • Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Engels, waarmee je technische keuzes helder kunt verantwoorden.
