Onze klant is een gevestigde en ambitieuze speler binnen de FMCG-sector, actief op zowel nationaal als internationaal niveau. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, klantgerichtheid en continue verbetering investeren zij voortdurend in processen, data en mensen. Ter versterking van het commerciële team zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Data & Sales Support Analyst.

Jobomschrijving

  • Voorbereiden van klantvergaderingen aan de hand van duidelijke analyses en rapporteringen in Excel.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van omzetcijfers, rebates en commerciële prestaties binnen Business Central.
  • Controleren van facturen, debetnota's en verwerken van creditnota's.
  • Opstellen van verkooprapporten en klantenanalyses voor key accounts.
  • Beheren, actualiseren en optimaliseren van klantendossiers.
  • Instaan voor een correcte en kwalitatieve verwerking van commerciële, logistieke en technische productinformatie.
  • Werken met PIM-systemen en klantenportalen.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van klant- en backofficedata.
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen op een professionele en efficiënte manier.
  • Actief samenwerken met sales, customer service en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten en verbeterinitiatieven binnen de organisatie.
  • Bacheloropleiding binnen een relevante richting.
  • Minstens 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een analytische, administratieve of commerciële supportfunctie.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Excel en sterke affiniteit met data-analyse.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen, kennis van Business Central is een troef.
  • Affiniteit met productbeheer, datakwaliteit en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen gecombineerd met een nauwkeurige werkstijl.
  • Administratief sterk en vlot georganiseerd.
  • Proactieve mindset en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
