Was du bei uns gestaltest: >> Consulting & Lösungsdesign

°° Du führst Anforderungs- und Lösungsworkshops mit unseren Kunden durch. °° Du verstehst fachliche Herausforderungen und übersetzt sie in tragfähige Daten-, BI- und Analytics-Lösungen. °° Du entwickelst und präsentierst Lösungsvarianten und passende Architekturen. °° Du begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee über Proof of Concepts bis zur Umsetzung. °° Du berätst Kunden bei Technologieentscheidungen sowie zu Themen wie Data Governance und moderner Datenarchitektur. °° Du unterstützt dabei, neue Ideen, Methoden und Angebote in unserem Data-Analytics-Bereich weiterzuentwickeln.

°° Du konzipierst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden Reports, Dashboards und Analytics-Lösungen mit Power BI. °° Du entwickelst Datenmodelle, die fachlich verständlich, performant und langfristig wartbar sind. °° Du verbindest und strukturierst Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen. °° Du unterstützt Kunden beim Aufbau von Reporting- und Self-Service-BI-Lösungen.

>> Modern Data Platforms

°° Du begleitest End-to-End-Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric - von der Datenquelle bis zum fertigen Reporting. °° Du arbeitest mit Daten aus Systemen wie SQL Server, Snowflake, ERP- oder CRM-Lösungen. °° Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei Datenmanagement, Datenmodellierung, Data Warehousing und modernen Lakehouse-Architekturen.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

°° Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt von Vorteil und gutes technisches Verständnis °° Erfahrung mit Power BI, Power Query und Datenmodellierung °° Kenntnisse in SQL und im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken °° Verständnis moderner Datenarchitekturen wie Data Warehouse, Data Lake und Data Lakehouse °° Erfahrung mit Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Dataflows oder Datenpipelines von Vorteil °° Freude an der Beratung und daran, fachliche Anforderungen in passende Lösungen zu übersetzen °° Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise °° Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten in Meetings, Workshops und Präsentationen °° Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Level)
