Aufgaben * Definition und Steuerung von Datenstrategie-Initiativen im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen

* Entwicklung, Validierung und Implementierung von fortgeschrittenen Machine-Learning- und statistischen Modellen

* Übersetzung komplexer Datenanalysen in strategische Handlungsempfehlungen für das Business

* Integration von prädiktiven Modellen in skalierbare Datenprodukte und operative Prozesse

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Data-Governance-, Qualitäts- und ethischen Standards

* Automatisierung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Datenpipelines und Aufbau robuster Datenpipelines zur Datenerhebung und -verarbeitung

* Leitung der Entwicklung innovativer Machine-Learning-Modelle und fortgeschrittener Analyseverfahren

* Durchführung strategischer Analysen zur Unterstützung unternehmerischer Entscheidungen

* Mentoring und fachliche Unterstützung von Junior- und Professional Data Scientists

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Stakeholdern zur Ausrichtung datengetriebener Initiativen an der Unternehmensstrategie

Qualifikationen * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence / Data Analytics (Marketing) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Fundierte Expertise in Marketing Analytics sowie idealerweise praktische Data-Science-Erfahrung zur Entwicklung datengetriebener Entscheidungsgrundlagen

* Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Google BigQuery, alternativ mit vergleichbaren SQL-Datenbanksystemen (idealerweise Cloud-basiert)

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python (z. B. für Datenaufbereitung, Analyse und Modellierung)

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Power BI oder vergleichbaren BI-Tool

* Engagierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Erfahrung in der Definition und Leitung von Datenstrategie-Initiativen sowie in der strategischen Ausrichtung der Datenerhebung und -aufbereitung an Unternehmenszielen

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Datenanalysen in wirkungsvolle geschäftliche Handlungsempfehlungen zu übersetzen

* Erfahrung in der Automatisierung, dem Betrieb, der Wartung und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Datenpipelines

* Erfahrung in der Integration prädiktiver Modelle in skalierbare Datenprodukte und operative Prozesse
