Jumbo’s ambitie is het meest klantgerichte bedrijf zijn. We willen klanten verrassen en verwachtingen overtreffen, zodat klanten met plezier hun boodschappen bij ons doen. Met ruim 700 winkels in Nederland en België werken we samen met alle collega’s iedere dag aan die ambitie. Samen ondernemen om de klant voor ons te winnen dat is waar we bij Jumbo voor gaan. Voor de afdeling Assortiment zijn we op zoek naar een Inkoper/Buyer Jumbo België. De afdeling assortiment is verantwoordelijk voor product, kwaliteit en marge. Vanuit deze verantwoordelijkheid treedt de afdeling op als dé schakel tussen de wensen van onze klant en het daadwerkelijke (online) winkelassortiment. Deze schakel zorgt er weer voor dat de klant fan blijft. Aan de slag! Dit ga je doen

Als inkoper krijg je bij Jumbo veel verantwoordelijkheid. Je zorgt zelfstandig voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van het inkoopbeleid op basis van het inkoopplan en de inkoopdoelstellingen voor assortiment specifiek voor onze Belgische winkels. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor specifieke (logistieke) inkoopprojecten, bijvoorbeeld gericht op regie in de keten. Denk hierbij aan het optimaliseren van onze keten. Kennis en ervaring van de Belgische food inkoop is een absolute vereiste. Je denkt actief mee na over ons assortiment. Jouw doelstelling is om te zorgen voor een tijdige beschikbaarheid van de juiste handelsgoederen tegen optimale prijs en inkoopvoorwaarden, zowel qua product, commercieel, financieel en logistiek. Je volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt en beschikt over kennis van beschikbare specifieke marktinformatie, inkoopprijsontwikkelingen, productaanbod van leveranciers en relevante trends op gebied van producten en nieuwe potentiële leveranciers in de markt. Je inventariseert de inkoopbehoefte van de interne klant en verzorgt de leveranciersselectie, onderhandelingen en contracten. Je onderhoudt de relatie met je eigen Belgische leveranciers, stemt veel af met je collega inkopers in Nederland en ondersteunt daarnaast de Belgische Assortimentsmanager bij het realiseren van doelstellingen, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van activiteiten en beschikbaarheid van producten. En om het elke dag beter te doen, hou je jouw kennis van leveranciers en/of productiekolom actueel en initieer en implementeer je verbetervoorstellen. Je maakt deel uit van een team inkopers uit Nederland en het belgische team van category managers, jouw focus ligt enkel op België. Het team werkt voor onze winkelorganisatie en de supply chain. Er gebeurt veel bij Jumbo: geen dag is hetzelfde, we schakelen snel en kijken hoe we het iedere dag beter kunnen doen voor onze klanten en collega’s. We moedigen je aan kansen te zien en initiatief te nemen op de zaken die bijdragen aan de doelstellingen.
