Die Frage ist also wohl eher: Trifft's dich kalt oder war dir eh klar, dass mal pas... 1 Datenbankadministrator (w/m/d) Aufgabengebiet * Du hast die Datenbanklandschaft eines kritischen Systems im Griff und sorgst dafür, dass alles läuft - egal ob Montagmorgen-Peak, Quartalsabschluss-Stress oder "alle klicken gleichzeitig auf Aktualisieren" * Du checkst Lastspitzen, Ausfallszenarien und Business-Wünsche und entscheidest, welche Architektur Sinn macht - quasi die Architekten, die sagen: "Nein, das Serverhäusl kippt so um, wir bauen das stabiler" * Wenn Systeme plötzlich im Schneckentempo kriechen, Logins streiken oder Fehlermeldungen in Geheimsprache auftauchen, gehst du auf Spurensuche wie ein DBA-Detektiv und sorgst dafür, dass alles wieder rennt - und zwar dauerhaft * Du definierst klare Standards für Backups, Performance, Security & Monitoring, damit "Hoffentlich hat wer ein Backup gemacht" nicht mehr zum inoffiziellen Notfall-Plan gehört * Du bist technischer Sparringspartner für IT-Leitung und Architekten, übersetzt Fachchinesisch in Entscheidungssprache und hilfst mit, Risiken zu minimieren, bevor sie auf der Titelseite landen * Du bringst Entwicklung, Infrastruktur & Betrieb an einen Tisch, moderierst zwischen "läuft auf meinem Rechner" und "läuft im echten Leben" und sorgst so für ein stabiles Gesamtsystem statt Insellösungen

Skill-Set * Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) mit Richtung Informatik, IT-Systeme, Netzwerktechnik oder Software Engineering - Hauptsache Technik ist dein Spielfeld * Mehr als "mal installiert": Du hast schon produktive MS SQL- oder Oracle-Datenbanken betreut und weißt, wie sich "Testumgebung" von "Uff, das ist live!" anfühlt * Du automatisierst Routinekram wie Backups, Wartungsjobs & Checks, weil du lieber Probleme löst, als immer wieder die gleiche Klickstrecke zu machen * RAM, Storage, Netzwerk & Co. sind für dich keine Magie, sondern Stellschrauben, mit denen du Performance gezielt verbessern kannst * Du analysierst Probleme selbstständig, liest Logs wie andere Krimis und kannst verständlich erklären, was Sache ist - auch wenn das Gegenüber kein DB-Admin ist
