Besondere Expertise bietet das Unternehmen in den Bereichen Datenschutz, ISMS, und NIS-2 (NISG 2026) Beratung. Für nahezu 200 Kunden fungiert clever data als externer Datenschutzbeauftragter oder Datenschutzberater. clever data unterstützt bei der Umsetzung der Datenschutzgrundverordnung, der Umsetzung des NISG 2026 und der Einführung von ISMS für Unternehmen, Verbände und Gemeinden in Österreich in einfacher und verständlicher Form. 1 Datenschutz- und Informationssicherheitsspezialist_in Art der Anstellung: Teilzeit bis Vollzeit (20 - 38,5 Stunden / Woche)

Gehalt: € 3.100 (Brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kund_innen in den Bereichen Datenschutz (DSGVO, DSG) sowie Informationssicherheit (ISMS, NISG / NIS-2)

* Unterstützung unserer Kund_innen bei der praktischen Umsetzung rechtlicher und organisatorischer Anforderungen

* Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen, Audits und Kundenterminen, inklusive Dokumentation

* Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Datenschutz- und Informationssicherheitsdokumentationen

* Laufende Recherche und Aufbereitung aktueller Entwicklungen im Bereich Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit

Ihre Kompetenzen

* Abgeschlossene juristische, kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse oder praktische Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Datenschutz (DSGVO, DSG), Informationssicherheit / ISMS, NIS-2 / NISG 2026

(keine zwingende Voraussetzung - gerne auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit Interesse am Thema)

* Interesse an rechtlichen, organisatorischen und technischen Zusammenhängen

* Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Kundenkontakt

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Kundenterminen vor Ort

* Führerschein Klasse B und eigenes Kfz von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
