Voor BattleKart Genk zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Assistent Manager die mee de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging in goede banen leidt.

Jobomschrijving

Als Assistent Manager ben je vooral operationeel actief op de vloer. Administratie is slechts een klein onderdeel van je job (ongeveer 20%). Jij zorgt er mee voor dat de klant een geweldige en veilige BattleKart-ervaring beleeft.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

Onthaal:

  • Verwelkomen van de klant met een glimlach
  • controleren van reservaties en er voor zorgen dat iedereen weet waar hij/zij moet zijn
  • Beantwoorden van mails en telefonie
  • zorgen voor een vlotte klanten beleving

Piste:

  • Begeleiden van klanten bij de start van hun BattleKart-ervaring
  • Duidelijk uitleggen hoe het spel werkt en welke veiligheidsregels er moeten gevolgd worden
  • Tijdens het spel een oogje in het zeil houden en ingrijpen wanneer nodig
  • Er voor zorgen dat de piste veilig en netjes blijft

Verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Ondersteunen van de verantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse werking
  • Verdeelt taken en durft collega's aan te sturen wanneer dat nodig is
  • Overzicht behouden, ook wanneer het druk wordt
  • Neemt zelf initiatief en werkt proactief mee aan een goede werking

Administratie:

  • Opmaken van planningen
  • Mails beantwoorden
  • Verantwoordelijke ondersteunen in dagelijkse werking

We zoeken iemand met maturiteit, verantwoordelijkheidszin en initiatief

Je bent iemand die:

  • Graag met mensen werkt en klantvriendelijk is
  • Proactief is en zelf werk ziet
  • Niet bang is om verantwordelijkheid te nemen
  • Collega's durven aan te sturen en taken delegeren
  • Rustig en duidelijk kan communiceren
  • Flexibel ingesteld is en bereid is om te leren
  • Goed kan functioneren in een dynamische omgeving
  • Veiligheid en klantvriendelijkheid belangrijk vindt

Ervaring als leidinggevende, in de horeca, events, vrije tijd of een gelijkaardige omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw ingesteldheid en motivatie zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
