Voor onze klant in Zwijnaarde, een internationaal R&D-centrum waar hoogtechnologische groeibedrijven actief zijn, zoeken we een receptionist(e) die bezoekers en medewerkers met de glimlach verder helpt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor een professioneel, vriendelijk en verzorgd onthaal van bezoekers en medewerkers.
  • Je beheert ook de toegangsbadges voor de pa rking en volgt deze administratief op.
  • Je geeft enkel toegang wanneer dit volgens de geldende procedures is toegestaan. Veiligheid staat hierbij altijd voorop.
  • Je volgt veiligheidsprocedures nauwgezet op en zorgt ervoor dat bezoekers indien nodig de vereiste veiligheidsopleiding of briefing volgen.
  • Je beheert agenda’s en reservaties van vergaderzalen en zorgt ervoor dat de schoonmaak en andere betrokken partijen tijdig weten wanneer ruimtes moeten worden klaargezet.
  • Je volgt lunchmeetings en andere praktische afspraken mee op en zorgt ervoor dat de catering correct geïnformeerd is.
  • Je ontvangt en registreert pakketten en hebt hierbij bijzondere aandacht voor temperatuurgevoelige zendingen, waarbij een snelle en correcte opvolging essentieel is.
  • Je ondersteunt bij onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers, onder andere wat betreft toegangen en badges.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede overdracht tussen collega’s, zodat belangrijke informatie nooit verloren gaat en de continuïteit van het onthaal gegarandeerd blijft.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 11.45u tot 16.30u (23,75u/week)

We zoeken een nieuwe collega die volgende competenties heeft:

  • zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, goede kennis Engels - kennis van het Frans is een troef
  • nauwkeurig en stipt
  • procedures en instructies correct opvolgen
  • sterk in administratieve opvolging
  • alert en verantwoordelijk
  • begrijpen dat veiligheid en toegangscontrole geen details zijn
  • zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar ook zorgen voor een goede overdracht met collega’s
  • vriendelijk en professioneel communiceren
  • rustig blijven wanneer het druk wordt
  • initiatief nemen en zien wat er moet gebeuren
  • verzorgd en professioneel voor de dag komen
  • discreet omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
