VAB-Rijschool is dé marktleider in België en begeleidt jaarlijks duizenden leerlingen naar hun rijbewijs. Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we een enthousiaste deeltijdse kantoormedewerker ( Geraardsbergen 12uur / Zottegem 4uur)

Wat ga je doen?

  • Onthaal & klantenservice: je geeft advies over rijopleidingen en de mogelijkheden bij VAB Rijschool.
  • Administratie: je volgt administratief klanten op van inschrijving tot rijbewijs.
  • Commercieel: Je volgt online boekingen op, beheert inschrijvingen en zorgt voor een professionele uitstraling van het kantoor.
  • Planning & organisatie: Het opmaken van de planning van de rijschoolinstructeurs. Je denkt creatief mee in oplossingen en springt flexibel in waar nodig.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheid: Je hebt vlotte interacties met klanten en collega's en zorgt voor een heldere communicatie.

Jouw werkuren zijn:

  • Geraardsbergen op maandag en vrijdag telkens van 12u tot 18u.
  • Zottegem op woensdag van 14u tot 18u.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • +4 ervaring in de administratieve wereld is een must.
  • Werkt zelfstandig
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel in je werk.
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, kennis van het Engels is een troef.
  • Enthousiast en positief ingesteld.
