The posting

Voor een boetiekwinkel in Knokke, gespecialiseerd in zwemkledij en strandaccessoires, zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste winkelmedewerker die ons team vanaf 1 februari kan versterken.

Als winkelmedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en vertegenwoordig je de unieke sfeer van onze winkel. Je zorgt voor een persoonlijke, zorgzame service en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met nieuwe én vaste klanten.

Je taken omvatten o.a.:

  • Klanten professioneel adviseren over zwemkledij en aanverwante items
  • Gepersonaliseerde klantenservice bieden
  • Kassawerk en transacties verwerken
  • Winkel aanvullen, ordelijk houden en visueel aantrekkelijk presenteren
  • Ondersteunen bij lichte administratieve taken (bv. labelen, prijsaanduidingen)

Profiel

We zoeken iemand met een warme persoonlijkheid en een passie voor klantencontact.

Jij bent:

  • In het bezit van minstens 2 jaar ervaring in gepersonaliseerde klantenservice
  • Klantgericht, empathisch en communicatief sterk
  • Iemand die graag vertrouwensrelaties opbouwt met klanten
  • Professioneel en verzorgd
  • Team-minded: je komt terecht in een hecht team
  • Beschikbaar in het weekend
  • Vloeiend in het Engels (kennis van Frans en/of Nederlands is een plus) Werkregeling
  • 30 uur per week
  • Werkdagen: dinsdag, woensdag, zaterdag en zondag
  • Uren: telkens 10u–18u (4 dagen per week)
