Onze klant is uitgegroeid tot één van de belangrijkste spelers ter wereld op gebied van diepvries aardappelproducten voor private labels.

Jouw functie:

Als Demand Planning Manager Europe ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en aansturen van het demand planning-proces voor de Europese regio binnen het Integrated Business Planning (IBP) model.

Je fungeert als centrale schakel tussen Sales, Supply Planning, Customer Fulfillment en Finance en zorgt ervoor dat vraag, capaciteit en financiële doelstellingen op elkaar worden afgestemd binnen één geïntegreerd planningsproces.

Daarnaast vervul je een belangrijke liaisonrol tussen de Europese en Noord-Amerikaanse planningsteams. Je bewaakt de internationale afstemming en zorgt voor een consistente en transparante communicatie tussen de verschillende regio’s en functies.

Sterke communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden zijn essentieel in deze rol: je brengt uiteenlopende belangen samen, faciliteert constructieve dialoog en creëert consensus in een internationale omgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Demand Planning & IBP Leadership

  • Je bent eigenaar van het rollend 24–36 maanden Demand Plan voor Europa en faciliteert het bijhorende planningsproces.
  • Je ontwikkelt en verankert een gestructureerde en consistente regionale demand planning-aanpak binnen Europa.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de Europese demand planning binnen het globale IBP-proces.

Commerciële en Marktintegratie

  • Je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Commercial solutions en Finance in het kader van demand shaping.
  • Je faciliteert gestructureerde demand reviews waarin aannames, forecast-accuratesse en mogelijke bias (overschattingen of onderschattingen) kritisch worden geëvalueerd.

Supply Planning Liaison & Feasibility Management

  • Je fungeert als belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de regionale en Noord-Amerikaanse Supply Planning teams.
  • Bij beperkte capaciteit ondersteun je de besluitvorming rond allocatie en prioritering van volumes in overleg met de betrokken stakeholders.

Forecastverantwoordelijkheid & centrale data-integratie

  • Je bent eigenaar van de consensus demand plan voor de markten beheerd door Europe.
  • Je combineert centraal ontwikkelde statistische forecastmodellen met lokale marktinzichten om tot een betrouwbare en onderbouwde planning te komen.

Rapporting & Continue verbetering

  • Je ontwikkelt heldere, besluitvormingsgerichte analyses die het IBP-proces ondersteunen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling en harmonisatie van globale IBP-standaarden en manieren van werken.
  • Masterdiploma in Supply Chain, Economie, Handelswetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in demand planning, supply chain planning of IBP
  • Ervaring in een internationale organisatie is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met procesmatig inzicht.
  • Je bent in staat om cross-functionele stakeholders te challengen en alignment te creëren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans.
