Dentius Ledeberg is in goede handen van hoofdtandarts Kathleen. Om haar team van assistenten te versterken zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega.

Als tandartsassistent bij Dentius werken...

Als stoelassistent ben je onmisbaar in de praktijk en zorg je ervoor dat de tandartsen ontzorgd worden.

Je assisteert aan de stoel waarbij je steeds één stap vooruit denkt. Dankzij het tijdig aangeven van de nodige instrumenten kan de tandarts efficiënter werken en wordt de stoeltijd van de patiënten ingekort.

Na elke behandeling sta je in voor het steriliseren van de gebruikte instrumenten en het reinigen en ontsmetten van de behandelkamer, zodanig dat deze weer volledig in orde is voor het ontvangen van de volgende patiënt.

Uiteraard kom je voortdurend in contact met patiënten waarbij je dankzij een warm onthaal er steeds voor zorgt dat ze zich op hun gemak voelen.

Je rapporteert aan de praktijkcoördinator.

Stap 3: Na onze telefonische kennismaking bezorgen wij jouw sollicitatie aan de praktijk. Zijn zij even enthousiast als wij, dan nodigen ze jou uit voor een face-to-face gesprek op de praktijk. Dit gesprek vindt plaats met de praktijkcoördinator en indien mogelijk ook de hoofdtandarts.

Stap 4: Tijd om een aantal uren mee te draaien in de praktijk tijdens een meeloopmoment en te ervaren hoe het is om in ons Dentius praktijk te werken.

Stap 5: We nemen (een door jou opgegeven) referentie af.

Stap 6: Na een finale bevestiging vanuit de praktijk, bezorgen we jou vervolgens een financieel voorstel.

Wat wij van een tandartsassistent verwachten...

  • Je werkt in een variabel uurrooster en kan je flexibel opstellen wanneer nodig. Afspraken met patiënten kunnen altijd wel eens uitlopen of een collega kan onverwacht ziek uitvallen.
  • Je hebt een communicatieve en positieve persoonlijkheid, alles draait binnen onze tandartspraktijk immers om de patiënten.
  • Je bent een échte teamplayer, je werkt graag samen met de tandartsen, mondhygiënisten en de andere assistenten.
  • Je beschikt over de nodige dosis leergierigheid, enthousiasme en motivatie. Een 5-daagse opleiding volgen met verplaatsingen naar oa. Antwerpen schrikt je bijgevolg niet af, integendeel, je staat nu al te popelen!
  • Je bent computervaardig.
