Word Fulltime Deployment Manager (Hub Lead) in Amsterdam en beheer onze bouwprojecten en logistiek in deze afwisselende rol. Wat ga je doen? Als Deployment Manager (Hub Lead) sta je aan de wieg van onze eerste regionale hub buiten ons hoofdkantoor, met Amsterdam als uitvalsbasis. Het bedrijf automatiseert de bouwsector met geavanceerde robotica en software. Jij runt onze bouwprojecten ("deployments") alsof het je eigen onderneming is. In deze afwisselende rol combineer je vijf functies in één: uitvoerder op de bouwplaats, operations manager, accountmanager, analist en projectmanager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject. De ene dag sta je vroeg op de bouwplaats om de logistiek af te stemmen, het team aan te sturen en de relatie met de hoofdaannemer te onderhouden. De volgende dag analyseer je de P&L van je project, optimaliseer je de marge en koppel je inzichten vanaf de bouwlocatie direct terug naar ons R&D-team. Je krijgt ongekend veel autonomie om complexe projecten te leiden, processen te bouwen en het team verder uit te breiden naarmate de opdrachtenportefeuille groeit. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Plannen en coördineren van de totale logistiek van robotische bouwprojecten (inzet van robots, personeel en middelen). - Aansturen en motiveren van het team op de bouwplaats en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor hoofdaannemers en stakeholders. - Beheren van de P&L van jouw deployments en continu optimaliseren van de operationele marges. - Bouwen en verbeteren van operationele systemen en processen voor maximale efficiëntie op locatie. - Nauw samenwerken met het R&D-team om praktijkervaringen en knelpunten direct te vertalen naar productverbeteringen. - Werven, selecteren en inwerken van nieuwe robot- en deployment-operators voor de hub in Amsterdam.
