DEINE AUFGABEN * Safety first! - Sicherstellung einer sicheren Arbeitsweise am Standort * Verantwortung für das operative Tagesgeschäft im Lager * Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter*innen * Administrative Tätigkeiten am Standort und Personaladministration (z.B. effiziente Personal- und Einsatzplanung sowie Urlaubskoordination) * Steuerung und Kontrolle der Personal- und Standortkosten sowie relevanter Kennzahlen * Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Konzernrichtlinien am Standort * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen wie Transportation, Sales, Event und HUB * Kontinuierliche Verbesserung aller Logistikprozess mit TPM-Methoden (Total Productive Management) * Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität gegenüber internen und externen Kunden sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Veränderungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen.

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN * Abgeschlossene höhere berufsbildende Ausbildung mit Matura, z. B. HAK oder HTL, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise 2-5 Jahre im Logistik- bzw. Distributionsumfeld * Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an der Entwicklung und Motivation von Mitarbeiter*innen * Gutes Verständnis für Kostenplanung, Kostenkontrolle und operative Kennzahlen * Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität

Wir bieten eine attraktive und leistungsgerechte Bezahlung, entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt 3,992.06 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeit-Basis.
