DEPUTY MANAGER (M/W/X)

38,5 Wochenstunden · Mo-Sa flexibel

Deine Aufgabe ist es, alles voranzubringen - das Team, das Produkt und das Kundenerlebnis - ohne dabei das Wichtigste aus den Augen zu verlieren: die Menschen.

Du bist das Herzstück der Filiale: Du erkennst frühzeitig, was auf euch zukommt, verstehst die aktuellen Herausforderungen und stärkst die Bereiche, die bereits erfolgreich funktionieren.

Deine Entscheidungen basieren auf Daten, aber auch auf deinem Gespür für Menschen und Situationen. Gleichzeitig entwickelst du dein Team weiter - du führst aus der Mitte heraus, hörst zu, forderst heraus und treibst Themen mit klarer Zielsetzung voran.
