Voor onze klant in regio Brussel / Vlaams-Brabant, gespecialiseerd in technisch beheer en gebouwtechnieken, zoeken wij een Design & Build Engineer die projecten begeleidt van ontwerp tot uitvoering en onderhoud. Je bewaart het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat techniek, budget en planning perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je coördineert ontwerp- en bouwteams en zorgt dat onderhoud al vanaf de ontwerpfase wordt meegenomen.
  • Je beheert projectbudgetten en bewaakt kosten, timing en kwaliteit.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van projecten op en ziet toe op veiligheid en regelgeving.
  • Je detecteert risico’s tijdig en stuurt bij met doordachte oplossingen.
  • Je stemt af met alle stakeholders: ontwerpers, uitvoerders, financiers en onderhoudsteams.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en inspecties uit.
  • Je beheert projectdocumentatie en rapporteert over voortgang en resultaten.
  • Je ontwikkelt onderhoudsstrategieën die de levensduur en prestaties van gebouwen optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt ruime ervaring met installatie- of Design & Build/DBFM-projecten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke technische kennis van HVAC, elektriciteit en gebouwsystemen.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met oog voor detail.
  • Je kan complexe informatie snel analyseren en vertalen naar duidelijke instructies.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent sterk in planning en bewaart overzicht over meerdere projecten.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met interne en externe partners.
  • Een master in een technische of bouwkundige richting is een plus, ervaring is doorslaggevend.
