Wil jij technische concepten bedenken die anderen inspireren én projecten naar een hoger niveau tillen? In deze rol ben jij de motor achter sterke ontwerpen en duurzame oplossingen. Je zet lijnen uit, bewaakt kwaliteit en inspireert collega’s met jouw kennis en visie. Van eerste idee tot uitvoering: jouw stempel is voelbaar in elk project.

Jouw rol als Lead Design Engineer:

  • Je ontwikkelt en coördineert concepten en technische ontwerpen voor HVAC- en sanitaire installaties in gebouwen.
  • Programma-eisen vertaal je naar haalbare, energie-efficiënte oplossingen en je stemt daarbij af met andere technische disciplines.
  • Als sleutelfiguur binnen het interne kenniscentrum adviseer je tender- en uitvoeringsteams bij ontwerpkeuzes en optimalisaties.
  • Op basis van een grondige klantenanalyse werk je ontwerpen uit, inclusief controleberekeningen en deelstudies.
  • Je ziet kansen tot kwaliteitsverbetering, volgt innovaties in gebouwtechnieken en deelt actief kennis binnen het team.
  • Zodra projecten in uitvoering gaan, blijf je betrokken om het ontwerp succesvol tot leven te brengen.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je diploma ingenieur-architect of ingenieur (bouwkunde, elektromechanica, werktuigkunde of aanverwant).
  • Minstens 5 jaar heb je relevante ervaring binnen HVAC en sanitair.
  • Je bent sterk in het vertalen van complexe technische concepten naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Communicatief vaardig, adviserend ingesteld en inspirerend voor collega’s zijn je troeven.
  • Leergierig, innovatief en gedreven ga je aan de slag.
  • Je bent in staat om meerdere projecten parallel te beheren.
