Wir sind ein in Ranshofen/OÖ ansässiger Luftfahrtbetrieb, der medizinische Arbeitsplätze und Ausrüstungen in kundenspezifischen Sonderlösungen und Kleinserien für die Luftrettung und anspruchsvolle Interior-Lösungen für Helikopter und Flächenflugzeuge entwickelt, fertigt und wartet. Zur Verstärkung unseres Engineering-Teams suchen wir eine generalistisch tätige Persönlichkeit, die Entwicklung, Systemintegration und Umsetzung unserer Emergency Medical Systems (EMS) und VIP-Ausstattungen ... 1 Design Engineer / System Engineer Aviation (m/w/d) Engineering-Verantwortung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus

Deine Rolle

In dieser Position arbeitest du an der Entwicklung von luftfahrtspezifischen EMS-Systemen und Interior-Ausstattungen, die als Baugruppen inhouse gefertigt und integriert werden.

Du begleitest Projekte über den gesamten Engineering-Lifecycle - von der technischen Konzeptphase über Konstruktion und Zulassung bis zur Umsetzung in der Fertigung sowie im laufenden Produktmanagement.

Die Rolle verbindet Engineering, Projektkoordination und Produktentwicklung.

Deine Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und konstruktive Auslegung von EMS-Systemen und Interior-Ausstattungen als Neuentwicklungen bzw. Weiterentwicklungen bestehender Systeme und unter Berücksichtigung der fertigungsgerechten Umsetzbarkeit * Erstellung von 3D-CAD-Modellen, 2D-Fertigungszeichnungen und Stücklisten, technische Dokumentationen und Koordination der Nachweisführung * Technische Koordination zwischen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Zulassung, Fertigung * Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Erstellung von Angebots- und Systemkonzepten * Mitarbeit im Lifecycle- und Change-Management unserer Systeme * Analyse und Bearbeitung von technischen Reklamationen und Produktverbesserungen (intern und extern)

Was du mitbringst

Wir suchen entweder eine:n Absolvent:in eines technischen Studiums (z. B. Luftfahrttechnik, Aviation, Maschinenbau - mind. Bachelor) oder eine:n Design Engineer mit mindestens 4 Jahren einschlägiger Luftfahrt-Berufserfahrung.

Darüber hinaus passt du gut zu uns, wenn du:

* Erfahrung mit 3D-CAD Konstruktion (Solid Edge oder vergleichbar) hast und bereits PDM/PLM Systeme kennst * Grund-Kenntnisse der luftfahrtspezifischen Zulassungsanforderungen (EASA Part 21J, 21G, 145) mitbringst * ein gutes Verständnis für Systemintegration und fertigungsgerechte Konstruktion besitzt und Interesse an Metallbearbeitung, Struktur- und Leichtbaukonstruktionen hast * strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich arbeitest * gerne organisierst und interdisziplinär zusammenarbeitest, klar und zielgruppenspezifisch kommunizierst, lernbereit bist und über eine gute Problemlösekompetenz verfügst * und Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse besitzt
