The posting

Als deskundige patrimoniumbeheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud, de renovatie en de strategische ontwikkeling van het gemeentelijk gebouwenpatrimonium.

Je coördineert investerings-, renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en fungeert daarbij als centraal aanspreekpunt voor bestuur, gebruikers, aannemers en externe partners. Je vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, opvolging en kwaliteitsbewaking van werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast ontwikkel je een toekomstgerichte visie op patrimoniumbeheer met aandacht voor duurzaamheid, kostenefficiëntie en gebruiksgemak. Je stelt onderhouds- en beheerplannen op en bepaalt, samen met de uitvoeringsdiensten, welke werken in eigen beheer worden uitgevoerd en welke worden uitbesteed. Je beheert budgetten, volgt subsidies op en ondersteunt het bestuur bij strategische vastgoedvraagstukken, waaronder aan- en verkopen en huurcontracten.

Veiligheid vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie, waarbij je toeziet op keuringen, brandveiligheid, toegangscontrole en wettelijke verplichtingen. Je werkt project- en procesmatig en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en resultaten.

Als technisch expert adviseer je over complexe dossiers, aanbestedingen en investeringen. Dankzij jouw verbindende rol zorg je voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen technische diensten, gebruikers, bestuur en externe partners.

  • In het bezit zijn van een bachelordiploma of gelijkgesteld OF Je bent in het bezit van een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs of gelijkgesteld én je slaagt voor een niveau- of capaciteitstest
  • Bij aanwerving minstens twee jaar en ervaring met opvolging van technische projecten
  • Inzicht in de opvolging van externe aannemers
  • Een grondige kennis van het beheer en onderhoud van gebouwen OF Een sterke leerbereidheid en motivatie om zich het beheer van patrimonium en alle facetten die daarbij komen kijken eigen te maken OF Een grondige kennis van relevantie veiligheidsaspecten binnen een lokaal bestuur (bijvoorbeeld codex welzijn op het werk, comité preventie en bescherming op het werk, brandveiligheid in gebouwen, veiligheidskeuringen, ....)
  • Basiskennis wet op overheidsopdrachten is een troef
  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs B
  • Slagen in een selectieprocedure
