The posting

Die CS Caritas Socialis unterstützt und begleitet schon sehr lange Menschen am Beginn und Ende des Lebens. Nun ist es Zeit sich auch mit Neuem zu beschäftigen. Wir sehen die Not der Zeit in den Versorgungs- und Betreuungslücken der Menschen mit ME/CFS und möchten diese fort an unterstützen.

Wir suchen ab sofort 1 DGKP - 20 Wochenstunden für die Versorgung von Menschen mit ME/CFS Ihre Aufgaben:

* Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen mit ME/CFS unter Berücksichtigung ihrer besonderen Bedürfnisse (z. B. Reizabschirmung, Energie-Management)

* Durchführung pflegerischer Maßnahmen laut GuKG

* Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Angehörigen

* Netzwerkaufbau eines flexiblen, strukturierten, interdisziplinären und wohnortnahen Versorgungsangebotes z.B. Untersuchungen, Blutabnahmen etc.

* Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung

* Mitgestaltung eines innovativen Pflegekonzepts

* Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, interdisziplinärer Supervision und Fortbildungen

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im Bereich ME/CFS

* Mitwirkung und Entwicklung an Fortbildungen, wissenschaftlichen Projekten und Bewusstseinsbildung in der Gesellschaft zur Verbesserung der Versorgung ME/CFS Betroffenen.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP (inkl. Registrierung im GBR)

* Interesse oder Erfahrung im Bereich ME/CFS, Long COVID oder chronische Erkrankungen von Vorteil

* Hohe Sensibilität für Reizvermeidung bei sehr individuellen Pflegebedürfnissen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sozialkompetenz, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein B wünschenswert
