Caritas Pflege

Im Haus St. Martin in Floridsdorf begleiten wir Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in einem persönlichen und wertschätzenden Umfeld. Ihre Lebensgeschichte, ihre Fähigkeiten und ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse bestimmen, welche Unterstützung sie im Alltag benötigen. Dabei verbinden wir fachlich fundierte Betreuung mit Beziehungsarbeit und einem Alltag, der Selbstständigkeit, Gemeinschaft und Lebensqualität fördert. Als DGKP* arbeiten Sie in einem erfahrenen Betreuungsteam und begleiten Bewohner*innen über längere Zeit. Dadurch können Sie den Pflegeprozess mit einem guten Verständnis für ihre Lebensgeschichte, ihre Gewohnheiten sowie ihre aktuelle körperliche und psychische Situation gestalten. Ihre Einschätzungen, Beobachtungen und Ideen fließen in den Austausch im Team ein und tragen zu einer individuell abgestimmten Pflege bei. Wir freuen uns auf DGKP, die fachliche Verantwortung gerne mit persönlicher, beziehungsorientierter Begleitung verbinden. 1 DGKP* Haus St. Martin (21. Bezirk) 20 Wochenstunden bis Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden), ab sofort

Unser Angebot:

Gehalt inkl. SEG-Zulage je nach Berufserfahrung für 20 Wochenstunden von € 1.914,17 bis € 2.181,96 brutto zzgl. aliquotem Pflegezuschuss, für Vollzeit (je nach gewähltem Modell 37 oder 38 Wochenstunden) € 3.541,22 bis € 4.145,72 brutto, zzgl. aliquotem Pflegezuschuss

Dein Profil:

* In Österreich abgeschlossene bzw. anerkannte Berufsausbildung als Diplomierte*r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in sowie Berufsberechtigung

* Geriatrische oder psychiatrische Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Planung und Durchführung des Pflegeprozesses lt. GUKG und dem Lebensqualitätskonzept der Caritas
