R&S Medical ist Ihr zuverlässiger Partner für Personalvermittlung im Gesundheits- und Pflegebereich. Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein Wohnhaus für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen in Kirchdorf an der Krems, suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte Diplomierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin bzw. einen Diplomierten Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (DGKP).

In der Wohneinrichtung leben 8 erwachsene Bewohner:innen im Alter von 29 bis 63 Jahren, die in ihrem Alltag begleitet und pflegerisch unterstützt werden. Ziel ist es, den Bewohner:innen ein möglichst selbstbestimmtes Leben und eine hohe Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen. DGKP übernehmen dabei die Gesamtverantwortung für den Pflegeprozess sowie die fachliche Planung und Steuerung der pflegerischen Maßnahmen. 1 DGKP (m/w/d) für ein Wohnhaus für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Oberösterreich

Ihre Aufgaben

-Durchführung von Aufgaben gemäß GuKG

-Planung, Steuerung und Evaluierung des Pflegeprozesses

-Pflegefachliche Begleitung und Betreuung der Bewohner:innen

-Erstellung und Umsetzung individueller Pflegeplanungen

-Medikamentenmanagement sowie medizinisch-pflegerische Maßnahmen

-Koordination von Arztterminen und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Gesundheitsdiensten

-Fachliche Anleitung und Unterstützung von Pflege- und Betreuungspersonal

-Pflegedokumentation und Qualitätssicherung

-Mitwirkung an einer personenzentrierten Betreuung und Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Bewohner:innen

Das bringen Sie mit:

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplomierte:r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in (DGKP)

-Gültige Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

-Hohe soziale Kompetenz und wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen

-Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

-Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

-Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen von Vorteil

-EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

-Führerschein B von Vorteil
