Voraussetzungen

* Sie haben ein Diplom der allgemeinen oder psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, eine zusätzliche Ausbildung zum:zur Wundmanager:in ist von Vorteil

* Sie sind im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B

* Sie haben Freude an neuen Herausforderungen

* Sie haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit schwer erkrankten Menschen und deren Angehörigen

* Sie haben Interesse an qualitätsvoller Arbeit in einem humorvollen Team

* Sie haben eine selbständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise

* Sie sind im Besitz eines eigenen PKWs

Aufgaben

* Sie erheben den Pflege- und Betreuungsbedarf unserer Kund:innen und steuern den Pflegeprozess

* Sie leiten die Pflegeassistenz- und Sozialbetreuungsberufe an und beaufsichtigen diese

* Sie führen im Rahmen der medizinischen Diagnostik und Therapie Maßnahmen durch

* Sie beraten Kund:innen und deren An- und Zugehörige

* Sie haben die Ausbildung zum:zur Wundmanager:in
