Voici vos responsabilités :

  • Conseils et Vente Conseiller les clients sur les produits adaptés à leurs besoins spécifiques. Comprendre et anticiper les attentes des clients. Satisfaire et fidéliser les clients en leur offrant un service personnalisé et de qualité. Traiter les paiements des clients.
  • Gestion des produits Approfondir vos connaissances sur la gamme de produits par des formations proposées 2x/semaine par notre client. Explorer et essayer de nouvelles approches, être ouvert au changement et à l'innovation. Assurer l'approvisionnement du magasin. Veiller aux prix et à l'étiquetage. Être responsable de l'assortiment, de la présentation et du réapprovisionnement des produits en magasin. Maintenir un rayon ordonné et attrayant.
  • Collaboration et Objectifs Travailler en équipe pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Contribuer à une ambiance de travail positive et motivante. Votre profil : Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en diététique. Vous avez une première expérience dans le secteur de la santé, de la médecine naturelle, de l'alimentation ou des cosmétiques ; ou une envie prononcée de vous investir à 100% dans une structure humaine et familiale. Vous savez communiquer aisément autant français, le néerlandais est un bel atout. Vous êtes orienté(e) client et mettez tout en œuvre pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de vos clients. Le dynamisme et d'excellentes capacités d'organisation sont des qualités indispensables pour occuper cette fonction stimulante. Vous êtes flexible en ce qui concerne les horaires de travail (être disponible les samedis, variation des horaires par semaine (faire le tôt ou le tard jusque 20h). Vous avez des affinités avec l'informatique.
