Voor ons bedrijf in de automatie sector regio Aalst zijn wij op zoek naar een diagnosetechnieker gespecialiseerd in BYD-voertuigen.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als diagnosetechnieker ben je de specialist binnen onze werkplaats met volgende taken:

  • Diagnoses stellen: Je bent bedreven in het opsporen en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en elektronische storingen, inclusief complexe en onverklaarbare defecten. Zo pak je bijvoorbeeld technische uitdagingen aan zoals het oplossen van problemen met de koffer die ongecontroleerd opent, met behulp van geavanceerde diagnosetools.
  • Herstellingen en onderhoud: Naast diagnose lever je ondersteuning bij reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden en spring je bij collega-techniekers bij complexe problemen met jouw kennis.
  • Rapportering: Je werkt nauw samen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke om uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en diagnoses helder te rapporteren.
  • Klantenondersteuning: Je ondersteunt collega's, zoals receptionisten en magazijniers, bij technische vraagstukken om een goede service te garanderen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een opleiding gevolgd als diagnosetechnieker of bent een ervaren mechanieker die een stap verder wil zetten.
  • Ervaring met Chinese automerken is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die graag collega's helpt bij technische uitdagingen.
  • Communicatief vaardig en klantgericht; je schrikt niet terug voor direct contact met klanten.
  • Je staat open voor opleidingen om je kennis up-to-date te houden in een snel veranderende sector.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
