Voor een bedrijf in Linkeroever - garage die officiële partner is van Mercedes-Benz, zoeken wij een diagnosetechnieker Vans & Trucks - Mercedes-Benz.

Dit is een voltijdse vacature met een onmiddellijk vast contract.

We zoeken iemand met een uitgebreide technische achtergrond. In deze functie werk je aan Mercedes-Benz bestelwagens en vrachtwagens en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stellen van diagnoses op elektronisch, mechanisch en softwarematig niveau.

Je maakt gebruik van diagnosecomputers en gespecialiseerde meetapparatuur om complexe storingen op te sporen en op te lossen. Daarnaast voer je onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit en zorg je voor correcte technische rapportering. Je werkt samen met magazijnmedewerkers voor de juiste onderdelen en maakt deel uit van een team waarin nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en zin voor kwaliteit centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je stelt diagnoses van elektronische, mechanische en softwareproblemen aan Mercedes-Benz bestelwagens en vrachtwagens.
  • Je werkt met diagnosecomputers en gespecialiseerde meetapparatuur om storingen efficiënt en nauwkeurig op te sporen.
  • Je spoort complexe storingen op in motoren, remsystemen, elektrische installaties, hybridesystemen en transmissies.
  • Je voert onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit aan Vans & Trucks volgens de voorgeschreven procedures en richtlijnen.
  • Je maakt technische rapporten op en vult werkorders correct en volledig in voor verdere opvolging.
  • Je overlegt met magazijnmedewerkers over benodigde onderdelen en zorgt voor een efficiënte werkvoorbereiding.
  • Je beschikt over een goede algemene kennis inzake autotechniek, bij voorkeur A2 autotechniek of bachelor, maar dit is geen vereiste.
  • Je beschikt minstens over een HEV2-attest en een HEV3-attest is hierbij een bijkomend pluspunt voor deze functie.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen de Vans & Trucks en voelt je vertrouwd met bedrijfsvoertuigen en hun specifieke techniek.
  • Je hebt een gezonde ambitie om permanent de nieuwe ontwikkelingen te blijven volgen binnen autotechniek en diagnosetechniek.
  • Je bent ordelijk en nauwkeurig en je kan vlot werken met een computer in een werkplaatsomgeving.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, je bent contactvaardig en je communiceert helder met collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Beschikken over een rijbewijs C(E) is een pluspunt en biedt extra inzetbaarheid binnen het team.
  • Je hebt zin voor klasse en stijl en voelt je aangetrokken tot de cultuur van een premium automotive-organisatie.
