The posting

Ons lokaal bestuur Menen is op zoek naar een nieuw diensthoofd aankoop en financieel beleid om het team te versterken. Als diensthoofd ben je onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het aansturen en begeleiden van 4 medewerkers binnen de aankoop zodat de taken kwaliteitsvol worden uitgevoerd
  • het analyseren van dossiers vanuit financieel en organisatorisch perspectief en het adviseren van de financieel directeur over deze materie
  • het correct toepassen van de BBC-regelgeving, boekhoudkundige richtlijnen en de wet op de overheidsopdrachten
  • de voorbereiding en/of ondersteuning bij de opmaak of wijziging van het meerjarenplan en het budget
  • helpen bij planning, rapportering en analyse van financiële gegevens
  • het coördineren van projecten en proactief nadenken over verbeteringen in administratieve en financiële processen
  • het voorbereiden van nota’s, rapporten en presentaties op strategisch en operationeel niveau
  • het onderhouden van contacten binnen en buiten de organisatie
