Wie is Kiemkracht?

KiemKracht is een duurzame en sociale onderneming, een maatwerkbedrijf. We maken geen kasten op maat, meer bieden wél een bijzondere werkplek voor mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Wat doet een diensthoofd financiën?

In een klassieke vacature zou er wellicht iets staan als: financieel expert 24/7 voor 200% present, een pitbull, de rechterhand die niks links laat liggen! Wij zijn eigenlijk gewoon op zoek naar een deskundige die er honderduit voor gaat. Een helpende hand die stabiliteit en verheldering brengt. Iemand die duidelijke lijnen uitzet. #walktheline

Hoe ziet jouw week eruit?

Eerst koffie? Reken maar! There you go!

  • Je zorgt voor een aangename financiële flow op micro en op macroniveau, binnen en buiten je departement. Twee dagen per week doe je dat vanop onze vestiging in Pamel, de andere dagen werk je vooral in Hamme.
  • Je medewerkers voelen zich safe bij jou. Je geeft dagelijks advies, feedback, plant, stuurt bij, organiseert overlegmomenten, ... Is de financieel directeur of een medewerker afwezig, dan ben jij hun back-up.
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt, jij zorgt voor de juiste balans.
  • Je bouwt elke dag krediet op als integere deskundige.
  • Jouw analytische inzichten zijn een absolute win-win!
  • Jij zorgt voor transparante en correcte procedures voor alle verrichtingen (aankoop, verkoop, liquiditeit).
  • Jij maakt nauwkeurige dagelijkse en maandelijkse rapportages of documenten op voor bijvoorbeeld afdelingen, jaarafrekeningen, revisor, ...
  • Je goochelt met cijfers en financiële programma's. Kennis van 'Exact online en PowerBI' is een plus; 'Excel-Office' een must.

  • Je netwerkt met partners als Case Collectief, Kringwinkelgroep, Groep Maatwerk, ...

  • Je resultaatsgericht bent. Geld kan gelukkig maken.

  • Je ervaring hebt als leidinggevende. Je verzekert een solide balans binnen je team. Doelen bepalen én halen. Helder, zonder dat je mensen onnodig in het rood laat gaan.
  • Je gemotiveerd bent om onze interne tools te ontdekken en te groeien.
  • Je Nederlands spreekt en rijbewijs B hebt.
  • Naast ervaring als leidinggevende heb je en professionele bachelor of master accountancy.
