In deze veelzijdige en uitdagende functie geef je leiding aan het team rond buitenschoolse kinderopvang, speelplein, jeugd en senioren. Samen met je medewerkers bouw je aan een warme, kwaliteitsvolle en toekomstgerichte dienstverlening voor inwoners in elke levensfase. Je ontwikkelt een heldere visie op de verdere uitbouw van de dienst Leven en vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties en resultaten. Daarbij stimuleer je samenwerking, laat je medewerkers groeien in hun talenten en zorg je mee voor een dienstverlening die aansluit bij de noden van vandaag én morgen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leidinggeven en personeelsbeheer: Je geeft richting aan het team door medewerkers te coachen, te ontwikkelen en samen te werken aan een efficiënte, kwaliteitsvolle en resultaatgerichte dienstverlening.
  • Beleidsvoorbereiding en beleidsuitvoering: Je vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar concrete acties, projecten en adviezen en zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering en opvolging van het beleid.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dienst Leven: Je waarborgt een toegankelijke, klantgerichte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening door processen, communicatie en dienstverlening continu te optimaliseren.
  • Organisatieontwikkeling en projecten: Je initieert en realiseert verbeter- en innovatieprojecten die bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de dienst en de organisatie.
  • Organisatiebrede taken: Je bouwt duurzame samenwerkingen uit, verbindt stakeholders en vertegenwoordigt de dienst binnen relevante netwerken en overlegstructuren.
  • Financieel beheer: Je beheert de financiële middelen van de dienst zorgvuldig en efficiënt en zorgt voor een onderbouwde opvolging van budgetten, risico’s en opportuniteiten.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig niveau.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring als professioneel leidinggevende.
