Bij AZ Sint‑Lucas Gent zorgen we voor een warme en veilige omgeving voor onze patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers. Dat begint bij een performant en betrouwbaar ziekenhuisgebouw.

Als Onderhoudsingenieur ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van onze gebouwen, terreinen en technische installaties. Je geeft leiding aan de dienst Technisch Onderhoud en werkt een duidelijke lange­termijnvisie uit rond onderhoud, energiebeheer en dienstverlening.

Je combineert technische expertise met sterk leiderschap. Je bouwt aan een efficiënte dienstverlening, een toekomstgericht onderhoudsbeleid en een gemotiveerd team. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen infrastructuur (o.a. dienst gebouwen die instaat voor de realisatie van projecten), facility, aankoop, preventie en andere partners in het ziekenhuis.

Wat zijn jouw taken?

Als onderhoudsingenieur…

- Geef je leiding aan de volledige technische dienst (techniekers, administratie en operationeel team). - Ontwikkel je een meerjarenvisie voor onderhoud, vernieuwing en efficiëntie van technische installaties. - Bouw en implementeer je een preventief onderhoudsbeleid voor gebouwen en installaties. - Zorg je voor optimale dienstverlening via SLA’s, rapportages en kwaliteitsopvolging. - Werk je nauw samen met de preventieadviseur rond technische veiligheid. - Volg je onderhoudscontracten, keuringen en externe partners op en bewaak je de uitvoering. - Ontwikkel en implementeer je een energiezuinig beleid en monitor je verbruiksresultaten. - Coördineer je investerings-, renovatie- en verbeterprojecten binnen je domein. - Beheer je exploitatiebudgettenen financiële opvolging. - Coach, motiveer en begeleid je je team, en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie en teamwerking.

We zoeken iemand die:

- Een masterdiploma industriële wetenschappen heeft (bij voorkeur elektromechanica). - Sterke kennis heeft van technische installaties, normen, reglementeringen en veiligheidsvoorschriften in een ziekenhuiscontext. - Ervaring heeft met project- en procesmanagement. - Vlot werkt met MS Office en vertrouwd is met digitale systemen (SharePoint, facility management tools). - Leiderschap toont: coachend, mensgericht en duidelijk in afspraken. - Analytisch en probleemoplossend denkt, met oog voor prioriteiten. - Proactief en resultaatgericht werkt, met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. - Sterk communiceert, samenwerkt en draagvlak weet te creëren.
