The posting

  • Je zet de lijnen uit voor een doelgerichte en impactvolle socialmediastrategie.
  • Je creëert in overleg met het communicatieteam en onze experten boeiende content voor verschillende digitale formats en coördineert de productie.
  • Als community manager beheer je onze socialmediakanalen en maak je formats en posts voor LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube en Facebook. Je maakt en coördineert de copy, visuals en video.
  • Je monitort nauwgezet de impact van onze digitale en socialmediacampagnes en rapporteert daarover regelmatig.
  • Je communiceert over een brede waaier van socio-economische thema's. Je schakelt permanent tussen thema’s als arbeidsmarkt, energie, fiscaliteit, mobiliteit, circulaire economie, conjunctuur, digitalisering, duurzaamheid, internationale handel of innovatie.
  • Je volgt de trends in digitale technologie op de voet en vertaalt ze naar nieuwe ideeën om de digitale strategie van onze organisatie te versterken.
  • Je bouwt een actief netwerk uit met digitalecommunicatieprofessionals uit de meer dan 40 leden-sectorfederaties van het VBO.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma, idealiter in communicatie, of aantoonbare relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en professionele kennis van het Frans, zowel geschreven als gesproken. Het VBO biedt taalcursussen aan om je talenkennis bij te schaven.
  • Als digital native ben je sterk geïnteresseerd in social media en video.
  • Ervaring met socialmedia-analysetools, InDesign, Canva, HTML en Adobe Premiere is een plus.
  • Je hebt een oprechte en ruime interesse in de economische en politieke actualiteit en het bedrijfsleven. In de praktijk betekent dit: begrijpen wat er leeft in de Wetstraat; de economische actualiteit actief volgen; inschatten welke onderwerpen relevant zijn voor ondernemers; snel kunnen reageren op maatschappelijke en politieke ontwikkelingen.
  • Je hebt uitstekende redactie- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je werkt zowel vlot in teamverband als zelfstandig en hebt een goed gevoel voor planning en organisatie.
  • Je bent creatief, enthousiast en gaat proactief te werk.
