Stellenbeschreibung

Wir unterstützen Unternehmen bei sämtlichen Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Controlling durch Contract Personnel bei kurzfristigen Personalengpässen sowie auch bei größeren Projekten im Finanzbereich mit Schwerpunkt Optimierung von Prozessen über Automatisierung und Digitalisierung.

Was dich erwartet:

* Identifiziere, gestalte und optimiere digitale Prozesse im Controlling

* Unterstütze unsere KlientInnen vor Ort (Contract Personnel Engagements)

* Organisiere und erstelle Management Reports, Budgetplanungen sowie Forecasts, Kostenrechnungen und vieles mehr

* Arbeite mit Datenanalyse- und Dashboard-Tools

* Erweitere laufend dein Verständnis zur Automatisierung des Controllings

Qualifikationen

* Mind. 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen Umfeld (Accounting & Controlling)

* Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und Leidenschaft sich mit den technologischen Entwicklungen im Controlling aktiv auseinander zu setzen

* Ehrgeiz und Motivation um Prozesse im Controlling zu verstehen und optimieren zu wollen

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenaufbereitung und Reportinglösungen (z.B. PowerBI, jedoch keine Vorausetzung)

* Offenheit für Abwechslung - seien es Projekte, KlientInnen sowie fachliche Themenbereiche

Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 46.200,- (Vollzeitbasis, kein All In) auf Level Consultant und ab EUR 53.200,- (Vollzeitbasis, kein All In) auf Level Senior Consultant. Deine Vergütung orientiert sich selbstverständlich an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung.
