Voor een groeiende organisatie in de regio Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een Digital Marketeer met een sterke focus op data, performance en optimalisatie. In deze rol versterk je een compact marketingteam waarin samenwerking, resultaat en innovatie centraal staan. Jij weet data te vertalen naar concrete acties en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van marketingprestaties en de totale klantbeleving. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, ideeën en strategische inbreng. Wat ga je doen? - Als Digital Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor; - Analyseren en interpreteren van marketingdata en campagnes; - Initiëren, beheren en optimaliseren van performance campagnes; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de customer journey en doen van verbetervoorstellen; - Meedenken over marketingstrategie en groeikansen; - Sparren met collega's en stakeholders over resultaten en optimalisaties. Wat bieden zij jou? Als Digital Marketeer in een ambitieus en groeiend team ben jij het strategische brein achter de data. Ook beschik je over: - Een hbo- of wo-diploma in Marketing, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een analytische marketingrol; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een resultaatgerichte instelling; - Een kritische blik en de drive om continu te verbeteren.
