Bij Konvert krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan de zichtbaarheid van een sterk Belgisch HR-merk. Je werkt niet alleen campagnes uit, maar denkt actief mee over hoe we onze marketing slimmer, creatiever en effectiever kunnen maken.

Wat zal je doen?

· Je werkt samen met de Marketing Manager aan campagnes die bijdragen aan onze merkbekendheid, leadgeneratie, employer branding en rekrutering.

· Je schrijft aantrekkelijke en foutloze content voor onder andere LinkedIn, interne communicatie, mailings, websites en andere marketingmaterialen.

· Je maakt mailings inhoudelijk én visueel op en weet hoe je de impact ervan kan verhogen.

· Je zet digitale campagnes op via kanalen zoals Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok en Google en volgt de resultaten nauwgezet op.

· Je analyseert campagnes en instroomkanalen en vertaalt data naar concrete optimalisaties en aanbevelingen.

· Je beheert en optimaliseert onze website en andere digitale kanalen.

· Je denkt actief mee na over nieuwe marketinginitiatieven, trends, technologieën en de inzet van AI binnen marketing.

· Je neemt mee een rol op in employer branding-projecten en helpt Konvert als aantrekkelijke werkgever in de markt te zetten.

Jouw Profiel:

· Als bachelor of master in de marketing ben je communicatief sterk onderlegd, beschik je over het nodige organisatietalent en ben je sterk klantgericht.

· Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring binnen de marketing.

· Je hebt een uitstekende pen. Of je nu een mailing, webpagina of blogbericht schrijft: je weet hoe je een boodschap helder, aantrekkelijk en doelgroepgericht brengt.

· Je haalt energie uit het analyseren van resultaten en weet data te vertalen naar concrete aanbevelingen.

· Je volgt nieuwe marketingtrends en technologische ontwikkelingen op de voet. Ervaring met AI-tools en het inzetten van artificiële intelligentie binnen marketingprocessen is een sterke troef.

· Ervaring met marketing automation, Salesforce of rapporteringstools is een pluspunt.

· Je communiceert zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans.

· Creativiteit, flexibiliteit, positivisme, dynamiek en discretie zijn enkele belangrijke persoonlijkheidskenmerken. Je kan zelfstandig werken maar bent tevens een echte teamplayer met de nodige zin voor humor.
