Für das Team Marketing in der Firmenzentrale Engerwitzdorf (Oberösterreich) suchen wir ab sofort eine:n online-affine:n Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d). 1 Digital Marketing Manager_in Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie entwickeln und setzen ganzheitliche Online-Marketing-Strategien um, die auf die Unternehmensziele abgestimmt sind

* Sie wirken federführend bei Lead Generierungsmaßnahmen mit, indem Sie bezahlten Werbekampagnen (Paid Ads) auf verschiedenen Plattformen wie Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. managen

* Sie verantworten die Optimierung und Pflege der Unternehmenswebsite, einschließlich Content-Management, SEO und Benutzererfahrung

* Im Online-Bereich bringen Sie auch ihre redaktionellen Stärken ein - SEO, CTA und Paywalls sind für Sie gängige Begriffe

Das bringen Sie mit

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni) im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation

* 3- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation mit Schwerpunkt Website-Management

* Fundiertes Wissen und routinierter Umgang mit Tools wie Website, SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads und Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights

* Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und proaktive Leistungsbereitschaft gepaart mit einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise

* Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Zahlen- und Datenaffinität sowie konzeptionelle Kreativität (Out-of-the-Box-Denken)

* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Wertschätzung kurzer, direkter Kommunikationswege

* Solide Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das Bruttomonatsgehalt gem. Kollektivvertrag der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie beträgt für diese Funktion bei Erfüllung aller Anforderungen mind. € 3.888,53 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
