Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in für das Mobile Palliativ-Team

Eine Aufgabe mit Sinn, Menschlichkeit und Verantwortung

Die Hospizbewegung Bezirk Freistadt begleitet und betreut schwerstkranke und sterbende Menschen sowie ihre Angehörigen in ihrer vertrauten Umgebung. Dabei stehen die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Betroffenen sowie die bestmögliche Lebensqualität im Mittelpunkt. Unser Mobile Palliativ-Team bietet fachlich fundierte, ganzheitliche Pflege und Unterstützung und arbeitet dabei eng mit Angehörigen, Ärzt_innen, mobilen Diensten und weiteren Einrichtungen zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger_in Teilzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 10-15 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fachlich fundierte und ganzheitliche Begleitung und Betreuung schwerkranker und sterbender Menschen

* Durchführung und Beratung bei palliativen Pflegemaßnahmen

* Unterstützung und Anleitung von Angehörigen

* Wahrnehmung und Berücksichtigung der individuellen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Patient_innen

* Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit Angehörigen, Ärzt_innen, mobilen Diensten und weiteren Kooperationspartnern

* Mitwirkung an einer bestmöglichen Lebensqualität für Menschen in ihrer letzten Lebensphase

Das bringen Sie mit

* Diplom der allgemeinen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege

* Führerschein B und eigener PKW

* Zusatzqualifikation in Palliative Care erwünscht

* Teamfähigkeit und Freude an einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Bereitschaft zu Rufbereitschaft

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine patient_innenorientierte Haltung

Entlohnung

SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, brutto ab € 3.074,80 pro Monat, Verwendungsgruppe 7

Die angegebene Entlohnung bezieht sich auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
