Der Bereich "Für Menschen mit Behinderungen" richtet sich an erwachsene Menschen mit kognitiver und Mehrfachbehinderung mit dem Bemühen um ein gutes Maß an Lebensqualität in allen Lebensbereichen. Die Caritas der Diözese St. Pölten sucht Verstärkung für ihr Team! 1 Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in

Einsatzgebiet: Schweiggers, Kirchberg/Walde, Großdietmanns/Gmünd, Hirschbach, Hoheneich, Schrems/Stadt, Waldenstein

Arbeitsausmaß: Teilzeit

Aufgabenbereich

* Erhebung des individuellen Pflegebedürfnisses, Pflegeplanung und Evaluation der Pflege

* Organisation, Durchführung und Bewertung aller pflegerischen Maßnahmen, einschließlich der Pflegedokumentation

* Übernahme von Pflegeverantwortung für ausgewählte Kund*innen

* Anleitung und Überwachung von anderen Pflege- und Betreuungsberufen sowie Anleitung und Einschulung von betreuten Personen und deren Angehörigen

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung medizinisch-diagnostischer und medizinisch-therapeutischer Maßnahmen und Tätigkeiten nach ärztlicher Anordnung

* Mitarbeit in der Qualitätssicherung

* Auf Wunsch und mit entsprechender Ausbildung Übernahme fachlicher Verantwortung für Spezialbereiche

* Kenntnisse über Pflegeprozess und Pflegeplanung

* Führerschein B

* Eintragung im Gesundheitsberuferegister

Entlohnung nach Caritas KV:

Einreihung in höhere Gehaltsstufen je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten und Zulagen entsprechend KV und BV.
